Book 1 in a series of eight books compiled by Karen M. Gibson for the Pine Grove/Tremont Area Veterans Committee. The information contained in each volume is about veterans from this area. Books are comprised of newspaper articles and obituaries, discharge notices, and other official resources that give information about veterans from that geographical area who served in the military. Records go back to include some Revolutionary War soldiers but most are from the 1900s.
